Your bookings and your people
Where the money, the bookings and the guest list live — and how to get them out.
Bookings lists every order you have taken, across every event, newest first. Search it by name, by contact, or by the reference somebody is reading out on the phone. The tabs narrow it to what is unpaid, what is settled and what has been refunded.
Guests is the same data seen as people rather than as orders: one row each, how many of your events they have been to, and what they have spent with you. That is the answer to "who are my regulars" and "who should I tell about the next one", which no list of bookings can give you.
Getting it out
Both pages download as CSV, and the file is exactly what the screen was showing — the same search, the same tab. Money comes out as a plain number with the currency in its own column, so a spreadsheet can add it up. A door list for one event exports separately from that event's own page.
Exporting a guest list is recorded, with who did it and when. It is personal data leaving the product, and that is worth being able to answer questions about.
Refunds
Takings are shown net, which on its own cannot tell a slow fortnight from one spent handing money back. So your dashboard also states what has been refunded — all time, and recently — and links to those bookings.
Checking it against your processor
Your billing page puts our record of card takings beside what the payment processor says it actually moved. They are not meant to match exactly — we record what the guest paid, the processor reports what reaches your bank after its fee — so a difference of a few per cent is that fee. A much larger one is worth looking into, and that is the one this exists to make visible.
