Charging for a ticket
Setting a price, telling guests how to pay, and marking it off when they do.
Each ticket type carries its own price. Leave it blank and that type is free — which is what a comp always is, whatever you type.
Once something on your event costs money, the event's settings ask how you want to be paid: at the door, or by bank transfer before the night. Whatever you write in the instructions appears on the guest's confirmation screen and on their ticket — both of which they can see without an email arriving, which matters if your email is not set up yet.
Card payment is coming. Everything underneath is already built for it, so when it arrives it is a setting rather than a migration; until then you collect the money and tick it off.
Your roster shows what each booking owes, and one tap marks it settled. Every payment is recorded with who took it and when, so an end-of-night count is a question the console can answer rather than one you reconstruct from memory. The After tab totals what the event was worth, what arrived, and how many bookings are still short.
