Where is my ticket?

Each ticket is sent to its holder's own email or chat. Lost it? Ask for it again from My tickets.

Can I pass my ticket to someone else?

Yes, before the showing starts. Once passed, only their ticket opens the door.

Can I get my money back?

Each ticket type says until when it is refundable. Ask from My tickets while it is.

Write to the organiser and someone will answer.
