A page people actually book on
Your event gets its own page in Arabic and English, showing how many places are left. Guests pick how many they want, and those places are held while they type their name.
Now taking a small number of organizers
Put your event online, let people book in a few taps, and check them in at the door with a quick scan. Nothing to print. Nothing for anyone to download.

The short version
Nobody's careless. It's just that a spreadsheet, a group chat and a printer were never going to hold it together.
The usual way
With us
All of it built around the bit that actually matters: the moment there's a queue and everyone is looking at you.
Your event gets its own page in Arabic and English, showing how many places are left. Guests pick how many they want, and those places are held while they type their name.
Places are held the second someone starts booking, and let go if they wander off. If two people grab the last seat at once, only one of them gets it. Every time — and the rest can join a waiting list.
The code on a ticket changes every half minute. Someone can screenshot it and send it to five friends — by the time they reach the door it's already useless.
Point the phone, they're in, next. If the wifi dies it carries on and catches up afterwards. Scan the same person twice and it just tells you they're already inside.
Send whoever's on the door a link. They open it on their own phone and they're scanning. Nothing to install, and it stops working when the night ends.
WhatsApp, Telegram and email all land in the same inbox, and you reply from there. Nothing slips through, even from someone you've never met.
Selling admission, collecting RSVPs, or a private do that's invitation only — all the same thing here, just set up differently.
Watch people arrive from wherever you're standing. Who's in, who's still coming, how full the room is — updating as it happens.
Every published night appears in the marketplace here — searchable, sorted by what is on when, and browsable as a month. People find you without you posting anywhere.
Set the Thursday once and the following ones make themselves, each with its own guest list, its own door and its own count. Cancel one without touching the rest.
One line of embed code puts a single night — or your whole programme — on your own page. Guests never leave it, and the booking still lands here.
Stand a spare tablet at the door in kiosk mode. Guests scan their own code and walk through, and your team handles only the ones that need a human.

About those tickets
An ordinary QR code works like cash: whoever holds it can spend it. Send one to five friends and the door can't tell which arrival is the real one, so the first through wins and the person who booked loses out. Ours doesn't work that way — the code on screen redraws itself every 30 seconds.
Same ticket, sent to the same friend. Only one of them still opens the door.
On the night
The wifi will drop at the worst possible moment and somebody's battery will be at 1%. Neither of those should stop the queue.
Talking to guests
Someone asks about parking on WhatsApp. Someone else asks about tickets on Telegram. A third just replies to your confirmation email. All of it turns up in one inbox, and your answer goes back the way they asked.
Numbers
On a busy night, two people tap "get tickets" on the last seat at exactly the same moment. That's normal, not unlucky. One of them gets it and the other is told right away — instead of both being told yes and one being turned away at the door.
Held while someone's booking
You cannot end up with more people than places. Not by accident, not in a rush, not ever.
Selling tickets, taking RSVPs or sending invitations — it's all the same tool, so what you learn once works everywhere.
Open to anyone, with a set number of places. People claim them while they last, and the count is always exact.
People tell you they're coming. Cap it if you like, and once you're full a waiting list forms by itself — we tell whoever's next the moment a place opens.
Never listed anywhere. Each guest arrives through their own invitation, and the list stays yours.
Same tool, different kind of week. One of these probably sounds like yours.
Long days, several sessions, a few ticket types, and a badge desk that can't afford to slow down.
Four steps, and none of them is a call with a salesperson.
Tell us a little about what you're running. We're letting people in gradually so we can help everyone properly — you'll usually hear back within a day or two.
What it's called, when, where, how many people. Publish it and the page is live in both languages, at your own address.
Post it wherever your people already are. They book in a few taps, and their ticket arrives however they asked to be contacted.
Send your team a link, hand them a phone, and watch everyone arrive from wherever you're standing.
No paper, no laminating, no bin bag full of wristbands at midnight.
Through a wifi outage, through a flat battery, through the rush at eight.
You can't sell more places than you have, so nobody gets turned away at the door.
Every question, from every app, sitting in one place until somebody replies.
Every screen works properly in Arabic — laid out right to left the way it should be, not just translated. Your guests read it in the language they picked, and so does your team.
Times show in the venue's own timezone. If the doors open at 19:00, it says 19:00 — whoever's reading, wherever they are.
What it costs
Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account — we never hold your money. Free events, RSVPs and invitations need no payment setup at all.

No. They tap a link, book, and their ticket is a web page they can keep on their home screen. Even the scanner your team uses is just a web page — it opens in the phone's browser and uses the camera.
The door carries on. Everyone who's scanned is saved on the phone, with the time they actually arrived, and it all syncs when the connection comes back. If someone tried to get in twice during that gap, you'll be told.
They can send the link, but the code on it changes every 30 seconds, so a screenshot is worthless almost straight away. If you genuinely want to hand a ticket over, there's a transfer button — it makes a new one and cancels the old.
Yes, properly. Arabic is laid out right to left throughout — not English with the words swapped — and we can't release an update if any English text is missing its Arabic version.
There is a free plan that runs a real event end to end — a page, a guest list, email to every guest, and the door. Paid plans add WhatsApp and Telegram, card payments, and the numbers afterwards. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account: we never hold your money, and refunds come out of the same place.
Because we'd rather help a few organizers properly than let everyone in and help nobody. Tell us what you're running and we'll come back to you — usually within a day or two.
Tell us what you're organizing. If it's a fit we'll get you set up, and you could be taking bookings the same afternoon.
